About LoRa Gateway

LoRa Wireless Monitoring Solution

The LoRa gateway is a product developed by our company to address monitoring environments with power supply challenges, large measurement areas, and high wiring and maintenance costs. Communication between the LoRa gateway and monitoring points utilizes spread spectrum technology for long-distance wireless transmission (LoRa). Its key advantage is that, under the same power consumption conditions, it offers a longer transmission range and stronger penetration capability compared to other wireless methods, achieving a balance between low power consumption and long-distance transmission. Real-time data can be uploaded to our company’s free cloud platform (www.0531yun.com) or the user’s own server.

Our LoRa gateway supports data upload via Ethernet (models RS-LG-100-ETH-EX and RS-LG-200-ETH-EX) or RS485 (models RS-LG-100-N01-EX and RS-LG-200-N01-EX). The -100 series LoRa gateway supports up to 32 data acquisition channels, while the -200 series supports up to 32 data acquisition channels and 32 control channels simultaneously. When paired with our free cloud platform, the controller can operate in multiple modes, including manual, automatic, and scheduled operation. You can select the appropriate model based on your specific application needs.

LoRa Gateway Features

1. The LoRa gateway operates on a wide DC voltage range of 10–30V. It can be powered by a power adapter or a solar power system on-site.
2. Its enclosure is made of metal sheet material with built-in shielding, providing strong anti-interference capability for more stable operation in the field.
3. The LoRa gateway is equipped with communication and operation indicator lights, helping on-site users easily determine if there are any device issues.
4. Utilizing LoRa spread spectrum communication technology with multi-channel communication, it enhances link stability, penetration, and transmission capability.
5. When paired with our LoRa valve controller, it enables a valve control response time within 2 seconds.
6. A single LoRa gateway can simultaneously collect up to 32 data acquisition channels and 32 control channels.
7. The communication process employs proprietary encryption technology to prevent eavesdropping, ensuring reliable control and eliminating false actions.
8. The upload protocol is open, allowing data to be uploaded to our free cloud platform or a user-developed platform.
9. The LoRa gateway supports remote upgrades, enabling on-site function customization or firmware updates remotely.
